Foreigners who have received complete secondary or basic education at home or in other foreign countries are entitled to higher education and postgraduate study (doctoral) according to Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on certain issues on the organization of recruitment and training (internship) foreigners and persons without citizenship nr 1541 from November 1, 2013, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2013 №2004/24536 (as amended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on December 11, 2015 №1272). For admission to the University for accredited educational programs of education degree "Bachelor" and "Master", educational qualification of "Specialist" student should submit the following documents:
  1. application form of standard sample;
  2. origin and a copy of the diploma on obtained education and grades;
  3. origin and a copy of the education certificate and grades received in all subjects (points);
  4. origin and a copy of the transcript of records, original and copy of the document, which contains information about the degree (level) of higher education, received before, the duration of learning and achievement in various academic disciplines for admission to a master's degree;
  5. copy of all pages of the foreign citizen’s passport;
  6. valid medical insurance (except foreigners who come from countries with which there are signed agreements about free rendering of urgent medical aid);
  7. 4 colour photos 30*40 mm;
  8. copy of certificate of the foreign Ukrainian (if is available).
Documents (clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) have to be translated into Ukrainian with the notary seal and attested in accordance with the legislation of the country of their issue and legalized in the stated order if nothing else is implied by international treaties of Ukraine. In order to continue to gain higher education in Ukraine it is necessary to notify documents about education level that is conducted by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the established order. In the absence of confirmation of the authenticity of the document or foreigner education level of education they received (within one year of enrollment) educational establishment counts such alien.                                                                                                                                                                                             Foreigners who enter to the postgraduate school, also submit an abstract of the chosen scientific specialty or officially certified at the place of work / training candidate list published scientific works and inventions.                                                                               For admission to doctoral studies submitted in addition:
