- the Foreign applicants applies to the Embassy of Ukraine in the country of residence or in the country specified in the Invitation to study and registers for an interview to obtain a visa;
- the Foreign applicants prepares a package of documents required to obtain a visa (the list of documents is provided by the Embassy of Ukraine), legalizes documents on previous education (stamp "Apostille" or stamp "Legalization");
- after obtaining the study visa, the Foreign applicants notifies the University of the date of arrival in Ukraine, indicating the flight number and time of arrival to the e-mail address: : serbov@odeku.edu.ua
