For the enrollment to the BTNAU, a foreigner submits in person
his/her application in paper form to Admission Committee
The following documents have to be submitted together with the application form: 1) the original and a copy of the document confirming previous education; 2) the original and a copy of annex to the document about previous education, on the basis of which the entry is made (if available); 3) academic certificate, given by international/Ukrainian institution (in case of transfer or renewal to study, starting from the second year, an academic certificate is attached); 4) original and copy of document with information about the content of the curriculum of the previous level of higher education, received credits, duration of study and success in academic disciplines when entering for Master degree; 5) a copy of the foreign passport or the stateless person certificate; 6) health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine; 7) 4 photos – 30 x 40 mm; 8) copy of the foreign Ukrainian’s certificate 9) the foreigners applying for study on academic mobility programs submit documents approved by BTNAU Admission rules and/or provided by the requirements of international programs and/or treaties, within which academic mobility is implemented. The documents referred to in paragraphs 2-4 should be translated into Ukrainian and notarized. Recognition of documents on the education of foreigners enrolled in education Documents on the education of enrolled foreigners, issued by educational institutions of other countries, are recognized in Ukraine in accordance with the law. To do this, foreign students personally submit all necessary documents to the State Enterprise "Information and Image Center" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the recognition procedure and are required to provide a Certificate of recognition in Ukraine of a foreign educational document to BTNAU before the second semester of the first year. Based on the results of the recognition procedure, BTNAU decides on the continuation of training by a foreigner from a level that corresponds to the results of the recognition procedure, or on the expulsion of a foreigner. In case the Ministry of Education and Science decides to refuse to recognize a document provided by a foreigner on the level of education obtained, including due to its non-authenticity, BTNAU expels such a foreigner.
