A foreigner who has received an invitation, after applying for a visa at the Consular Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, is obliged to inform the university about the place and date of entry into Ukraine. If the foreigner who received the invitation is not able to enter the study under any circumstances, the invitation form must be returned to the university.
