To enroll in the State University of Infrastructure and Technology, the applicant personally provides a package of documents.
Documents required for enrollment in SUIT:
- passport;
- notarized translation of the passport into Ukrainian - 2 copies;
- application (to be filled in at the university);
- original invitation to study - only for visa countries;
- the original certificate of complete secondary education with the mark Apostille;
WARNING!!! APOSTILE on the document on previous education is OBLIGATORY!!!!
- notarized translation into Ukrainian of the certificate of complete general secondary education - 2 copies;
- certificate of high school education (required for nostrification of documents and confirmation of the authenticity of the certificate);
- notarized translation into Ukrainian of the certificate of the fact of education in high school - 1 copy;
- medical certificate on the possibility of studying in a higher education institution, certified by the official health authority of the country from which the foreigner came, or by a medical institution of Ukraine (issued not later than two months before entering the study);
- notarized translation into Ukrainian of a medical certificate on the possibility of studying in a higher education institution - 1 copy;
- 8 (eight) color photographs (30 x 40 mm);
- Written consent to the processing of personal data (filled in at the university).
Additionally, for entrants of the Institute of Water Transport (part-time form of study), if available, it is necessary to provide:
- seafarer's passport;
- working diploma with confirmation (for the specialty in which the entrant enters);
- a document confirming the place and length of service in the courts for the last 12 months; certificate (copy of labor with translation) on the experience of work on watercraft as part of the deck / engine crew in accordance with the
- chosen specialty for admission for the last 12 months.
Necessarily! All documents must be certified and translated into Ukrainian and certified by a Ukrainian notary.
