To receive an invitation to study, a foreign citizen should send by mail or e-mail to the Department of International Relations and Work with Foreign Students a letter requesting admission to the State University of Infrastructure and Technology. The request can be sent by e-mail: internationalksma@gmail.com Documents required for an invitation to study: The university considers the received documents and at their conformity to the established requirements sends to the candidate the original (or from the scanned copy) of the invitation to study. Invitation to study is required for: -   obtaining a visa to enter Ukraine; -   confirmation of the purpose of entry during passport control (checked by border guards); -   enrollment in the university. The invitation is valid for six months from the date of its issuance.            To obtain an entry visa, apply to the nearest Embassy of Ukraine in your country or in a neighboring country for an entry visa, adding to the required documents an invitation to study at the State University of Infrastructure and Technology. Important! Citizens of the EU, USA and Switzerland have the right to stay in Ukraine without a visa for 90 calendar days. If you plan to stay here longer, you need to apply for a visa at the nearest diplomatic mission of Ukraine in your country.            A representative of the University should meet you at the international airports of Kyiv.            No later than the next day after arrival in Ukraine it is necessary to submit documents to the Department of International Relations of SUIT.
