1. To send a letter to the official e-mail of VNMU (foredean@vnmu.edu.ua), and attach to it:
  2. scan a copy of the passport;
  3. scan a copy of the document on complete secondary education - grades 10-12, indicating the subjects and grades obtained (if the document is not in English, also send a translation into English);
  4. signed consent to the processing of personal data (https://studyinukraine.gov.ua/wp-content/themes/studyinukraine/img/Consent-to-the-processing-of-personal-data.doc);
  5. In the letter also indicate the specialty and the language of instruction.
  6. After its meeting, the election commission of VNMU agrees to issue an invitation. You will receive the result to your e-mail from which the request was sent.
