The invitation Foreign students (except Russia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan) should receive special invitation for education for the arrival to Ukraine in educational purposes. The cost of invitation amounts to $ 100 (one hundred) US dollars at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine at the time of payment. In order to receive invitation, student should provide following documents:
  1. Scan-copy of the passport;
  2. Document about previous education (USCIE accepts only documents with English / Ukrainian translation!);
  3. Filled out consent.
After that, the documents are downloaded through the USCIE invitation registration system. After reviewing the documents, the USCIE operator provides an invitation number, which is printed on a special blank form, signed by the rector and stamped. A ready invitation is given to the student/agent. Then, a foreigner has the right to apply to the Embassy for a D-13 visa (this type of visa is required!). Visa support is also necessary apply for visa.
