PROCEDURE FOR ENROLMENT
Enrolment of FOREIGN STUDENTS to STUDY at State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications (SUITT) in 2020/2021 academic year
STEP 1
All foreign graduates who arrived to study should apply to the International Department of SUITT
(Odessa, Kuznechna Str. 1, Main Building of SUITT, room 303) and submit the following documents:
application form;
original of foreign passport and its notarized copy with notarized translation into Ukrainian;
original of the documents of previous education (certificate of complete secondary education for
entering the 1st course; certificate of post-secondary education for entering the 2nd-3rd course; Diploma of
Bachelor Degree for entering the Master Degree Program; Diploma of Master Degree for entering the
Postgraduate Program) and its notarized copy with notarized translation into Ukrainian ( ***Note the original
of this document must be legalized in the country where it was obtained);
original of the official transcript to the Certificate or Diploma (subject list with obtained
marks/grades and quantity of teaching hours for each subject) and its notarized copy with notarized
translation into Ukrainian (***Note: the original of this document must be legalized in the country where it
was obtained);
medical certificate about the health state (***Note: the original of this document must be legalized
no later than 2 months before arriving in Ukraine);
valid health insurance (it can be concluded at ONAT International Department on arriving in
Ukraine);
6 photos 35mm x 45mm.
