After receiving an invitation to study, a foreign citizen applies to the Embassy of Ukraine in his or a neighboring country with an application for obtaining an entry visa, adding to the application an invitation to study at OSAU. After receiving a study visa (D), a foreign citizen must inform OSAU by e-mail or phone about the date of arrival in Ukraine so that he will be met by representatives of the university.
