Dear entrants, you can receive an invitation letter directly from Kyiv Medical University.

All foreigners (visa and visa-free countries), whose purpose of coming to Ukraine is to study, must receive from the University an "Invitation for study" of the appropriate sample on the form approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

• For citizens of visa countries, as well as countries with which Ukraine has signed agreements on visa-free stay for more than 90 days (tourist, private and business trips), it is necessary to obtain a long-term study visa (type D-13) to Ukraine, which allows you to stay in the country More than 90 days.
• Citizens of countries with which Ukraine has signed agreements on visa-free travel: the Russian Federation, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, do not need a visa to Ukraine, but must provide the original or a copy of the "Invitation for Study" when crossing the border of Ukraine as confirmation of the purpose of coming to Ukraine.

In order to do this, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Fill out our form at this link. Attach copies of the following documents:

• First page of the International passport (full screen page with personal data and photo);
• General Secondary School certificate (s) and transcript to it that are available to access the higher education establishment according to the education system that recognized in the country of citizenship of the Applicant or country issued the document;
• For transfer students (renewal from another Universities) certificate of the Academic records has to be provided;
• Signed consent on processing of personal data (completed by the hand).
• National Eligibility Entrance Test – NEET quality certificate (applicable for Indian nationals only).

If the documents that were issued by the education establishment are in English, translation is not required. In all other cases they should be translated into English/ Ukrainian languages with a mandatory certify of the interpreter or notary. If there are any differences in personal data with passport data in the documents, it is necessary to provide an Affidavit confirming that the documents belong to the passport holder. Applying for the Invitation please note that admission to the basic educational level course, such as: Medicine or Dentistry course is possible twice a year in the specific periods in the current year:

• From 15 of January until 1 of March;
• From 15 of July until 1 of November.

Admission to the Preparatory course (language training) or Clinical Residency is possible during the year without restrictions in the period. The validity of the Invitation is 6 months from the date of issue. So it is important to arrange all steps in process in time to be used sucessfuly. The documents will be regarded by the Admission Committee of the University and the decision are going to be provided to the Applicant. During the review of the documents, members of the Admission Committee may conduct an online interview with the Applicant. In case of a successful decision the Applicant has to receive an Admission letter and the invoice. The invitation will be issued only after payment is received. To receive the original invitation is possible  in ways:

1. In person, if the current stay on the territory of Ukraine is comply with legislation and confirmed by the official document;
2. Representative by the Power of Attorney, executed in accordance with the requirements of international law (legalized by the Consular Department of the Embassy of Ukraine in the respective country or Apostille stamp in accordance with the terms of the Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Documents), translated into Ukrainian language and notarized. The actions mentioned in the Power of attorney should be provided and valid only for Kyiv Medical University.
3. Sent by the International logistic company (International post service). The Applicant has to arrange the handling courier service to the University to pick up the Invitation for study. This service is not included in price and has to be paid additionally by the Applicant.
