In order to complete your admission application, you must personally provide the following documents to the Center of International Education.
1) School certificate or Diploma (original and 2 notarized translations into Ukrainian) of your completed degree; 2) School transcripts or Diploma supplement (original and 2 notarized translations into Ukrainian), if available; 3) Academic transcripts of completed courses and grades, which is issued by a foreign or Ukrainian higher education institution (in a case of transfer or renewal of students, starting from the second and higher year); 4) 3 notarized translations of a passport or certificate of identity for stateless persons; 5) health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine; 6) 10 photos with a size of 30 x 40 mm; 7) a copy of the Certificate of a Foreign Ukrainian (if available).
The documents referred to in subparagraphs 1, 2 and 3 of this paragraph shall be certified in the country of issue in the manner officially used in that country for such certification, and shall be legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine.
