To apply for the Invitation for Study is the first step you have to take to become a student of
Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas as it is the ground to get the D-13 visa for studies.
Everything you have to do is send via the e-mail
cie@nung.edu.ua or submit personally the scan copies of the following documemts:
1) Passport;
2) High School Certificate with the list of grades or Bachelor’s/Master's Diploma with the transcript;
3) Consent forms (attached below below or we will send them to your e-mail);
4) Application form (attached below or we will send it to your e-mail).
You must always submit your
certificate/diploma in the official language of the country where you studied. If this language
is not Ukrainian, Russian or English, you
must also provide an official translation of the certificate/diploma. This translation should be in Ukrainian or English.
It ususally takes to prepare the Invitation for Study
1-3 working days.
The cost of the Invitation for Study is
1002 UAH (near
55-60 USD). The countries whose nationals
are not exempted from the requirement of obtaining a visa shall additionally pay visa support fee -
324 UAH.
The Invitation for Study is valid
90 days from the very same date it was issued. During this period of time you shall request the Embassy of Ukraine or the Visa Application Centre to provide you the “
D-13“ visa type. Once you have received the visa, you shall inform the University which had issued the Invitation for Study about the exact day of your arrival into Ukraine to organize your meeting at the airport.
Please note, all the applicants shall reach the university for educational process not late than a month before the visa expiration date.
