Knowledge of the state language is an important aspect of getting higher education at Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University by foreign citizens. That is why our university offers preparatory Ukrainian language courses that allow each foreign entrant to increase the level of language skills for further studying in the chosen field and get acquainted with the culture and worldviews of Ukrainians. This, in its turn, facilitates rapid adaptation to the new environment and makes further learning understandable and comfortable.
Course teachers are highly qualified specialists, PhDs, associate professors with extensive teaching experience.
For admission to the language training courses, foreign citizens get individual invitations of the standard form. Enrollment of foreigners in the preparatory courses of KSAEU is carried out under the condition that they have a complete general secondary education received outside Ukraine. Before the start of the study program, a corresponding agreement is concluded between the university and the foreigner. Training is carried out on a full-time basis, in accordance with the developed curriculum, and lasts from early September to late July. In addition to face-to-face classes, students can expect to visit museums, theaters, local parks and attractions of Kherson, which will immerse them in the atmosphere of the city and allow them to unite.
After successful completion of the language courses each student receives a standard certificate that gives them the right to enter KSAEU or other institutions of higher education on the territory of Ukraine.
