After receiving the INVITATION to study, you should:
  1. Apply to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in the country specified in the invitation and find out what documents you need to submit to obtain a student visa (type D)
  2. Prepare documents taking into account the requirements of the Consulate;
  3. Submit them to the Consulate of Ukraine independently or through an intermediary firm;
  4. Obtain a student visa at the Consulate and legalize your educational documents there;
  5. Buy a ticket in Ukraine (preferably to the airport of Kharkov) and notify the university by e-mail or one of the phones about the date of your arrival in our student city of Kharkov. At the airport you will be met by a representative of the university and your independent student life in Ukraine will begin.
