To become a student of Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law, you
need to:
On the next day after arrival in Khmelnytskyi, in accordance with the “Procedure for enrolment for
training (internship) of foreigners and stateless persons”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of
Education and Science of Ukraine №1541 of 01.11.2013 as amended by the Order of the Ministry
of Education and Science №1272 of 11.12.2015, submit the following documents to the Admissions
Committee / educational department for work with foreign students (main building of the
university, office ___)
http://To enter an educational institution, a foreigner PERSONALLY submits an application to the relevant structural subdivision / admissions committee in paper form (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 01.11.2013 № 1541 “Some issues of organization of enrolment and training (internship) of foreigners and stateless persons” https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z2004-13#Text)
:
1) a document (original and its copy) on the previously obtained educational (educationalqualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is carried out;
2) annex (original and its copy) to the document on previously obtained educational
(educational-qualification) level, on the basis of which admission is carried out (if any);
3) academic certificate issued by a foreign / Ukrainian educational institution (in case of
transfer or readmission to study, starting from the second year, an academic certificate is attached);
4) the original and a copy of the document, which contains information about the content of
the curriculum at the previous level of higher education, credits, duration of study and academic
performance (in the absence of this information in the annex to the education document), to enter a master’s program, if the lack of this information makes it impossible to recognize the qualification
from the document;
5) a copy of the passport document of a foreigner or a document certifying a stateless
person;
6) a health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine;
7) 4 photographs 30 × 40 mm in size;
8) a copy of the certificate of a foreign Ukrainian (if any);
9) foreigners entering academic mobility programs, submit documents approved by the rules
of admission to higher education institutions and / or provided by international requirements
programs and / or agreements under which academic mobility is implemented.
The documents specified in subparagraphs 1-5 of this paragraph must be translated into
Ukrainian with a notarized translation.
The documents specified in subparagraphs 1-4 of this paragraph must be certified in the
country of issue in the manner officially used in that country for such certification, and legalized by
the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of
Ukraine .
To enter postgraduate studies, in addition to the specified list, you must submit a research proposal
in the chosen scientific specialty or a duly certified list of published scientific works and inventions
in Ukrainian or English.
To enter the doctoral program, an additional thematic plan of the dissertation work for obtaining a
scientific degree and a copy of the diploma on awarding the corresponding scientific degree are
submitted in Ukrainian or English.
All documents of secondary education of foreigners must be recognized in Ukraine in accordance
with applicable law (before the beginning of the 2nd semester)
