The list of documents required for foreign citizens to enter Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University Educational Levels "Bachelor", "Master"
  1. Official Invitation for study.
  2. Notarized copy of all passport pages translated into Ukrainian*.
  3. Secondary Education Certificate (original) and a copy legalized and translated into Ukrainian.
  4. Diploma of Junior Specialist** with Supplement and a copy legalized and translated into Ukrainian.
  5. Diploma of Bachelor*** with Supplement and a copy legalized and translated into Ukrainian.
  6. Copy of a Birth Certificate legalized and translated into Ukrainian.
  7. Preparatory Department Certificate (in its presence).
  8. Health Certificate legalized by an official health authority of a student’s country issued no later than two months before a foreigner coming to Ukraine or the national 086-y medical form.
  9. Insurance policy for emergency care if another is not foreseen by international treaties of Ukraine.
  10. Medical Certificate confirming the absence of HIV infection.
  11. Deportation insurance policy.
  12. 10 photos 3×4 and 4 photos 4×5 (for registration of a stay permit for temporary residence in Ukraine).
  13. Entry application and application form.
