APPLICATION PROCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS Your application package should include: 1. application form; 2. a copy of the passport; 3. your degree certificate and your certificate of your academic work (an official document issued by your university/college listing the courses, course hours and grades obtained, as well as an explanation of the grading system); 4. a medical certificate (health certificate) issued by the official health care authority of the country of origin, issued no later than two months before departure for studies in Ukraine; 5. academic certificate of a foreign/Ukrainian educational institution (in case of transfer or renewal of studies, starting from the second year); 6. certificate of completion of preparatory courses (if available); 7. 4 photo cards size 30x40 mm, color, matte; 8. passport (presented in person); 9. research proposal, 5-7 pages (for PhD program applicants). The documents specified in points 2-5 must be translated into Ukrainian and certified in accordance with the legislation of the country of their issuance, translated into Ukrainian and legalized in accordance with the procedure established by the state authorities of Ukraine, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties of Ukraine.
