- application form established by the National Transport University;
- the originals of the document on the degree (level) of education received in the country of its origin and its annex, as well as the translation of this document and its annex into Ukrainian, made in Ukraine and notarized (two copies). Education documents obtained abroad (except for Turkmenistan) must have an apostille;
- certificate of recognition in Ukraine of a foreign educational document issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
- translation into Ukrainian of a foreigner's passport document, which confirms the citizenship of a foreigner, certifies the identity of a foreigner or a stateless person, gives the right to enter or leave the state and is recognized by Ukraine, made in Ukraine and notarized (two copies);
- eight photographs measuring 30 × 40 mm;
- a copy of the certificate of a foreign Ukrainian (if any).
