Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University

For admission to the University a foreign student should submit the following documents:

completed application form;
original and copy of previous education document;
original and copy of a supplement to the document about previous education with subjects studied and grades obtained;
copy of passport or birth certificate;
medical certificate that is attested by a state health care body of the country of origin and that is issued not earlier than 2 months before the application;
copy of a passport of a foreign student or other document certifying a stateless person’s ID;
valid health insurance policy (except for foreign students coming from countries with which Ukraine signed an agreement to provide free emergency medical care);
6 colour photographs (size — 6x4 cm.);
a copy of the Certificate of Foreign Ukrainian (if available).
