List of documents and procedure for their submission
To enroll for studying in the college, a foreigner personally submits a statement in paper form to the admissions commission.
A foreigner adds to an application:
1) the document (the original and its copy) about the previously acquired educational (educational-qualifying) level, on the basis of which the enrollment is carried out;
2) the application (the original and its copy) to the document on the previously acquired educational (educational-qualifying) level, on the basis of which the enrollment is carried out;
3) academic certificate issued by a foreign / Ukrainian educational institution (in the case of transfer or renewal of studies, from the second year, academic background is attached);
4) a copy of the passport document of a foreign citizen or a document certifying the identity of the stateless person;
5) a copy of the birth certificate;
6) medical certificate about the state of health of an applicant, issued not later than two months before the date of enrollment.
7) a health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of Ukraine;
8) 10 photographs in the size of 30 x 40 mm;
9) a copy of a residence permit (if any).
Educational documents of enrolled foreigners issued by educational institutions of other states are recognized in Ukraine according to the law.
The documents specified in subparagraphs 3 to 6 must be certified in accordance with the legislation of the country of issue and legalized in accordance with the established procedure, translated into Ukrainian, certified by a notary.
After enrollment of foreign students, the dean’s office for work with international students submits documents to the bodies of the State Migration Service for the issue of a certificate for temporary residence in Ukraine for the duration of study.
