Registration of an offer of a place at the university and entry visa To register an offer of a place at Cherkasy State Technological University, the applicant should submit their documents to the commission for the selection of foreign citizens to study at CHSTU, namely: * a copy of your passport (photo page), translated into Ukrainian and notarized; * a copy of the Education document with grades (marks), translated into Ukrainian and notarized; * the written Data Processing Agreement. The commission for the selection of foreign citizens to study at CHSTU reviews the applicant's documents within five days and provides an answer about the possibility of studying the applicant and, in case of a positive decision, prepares an offer of a place. While submitting all the above-mentioned documents to the commission for the selection of foreign citizens to study at CHSTU, the applicant or his representative should indicate the country in which he will receive a student visa. After receiving an offer of a place, the applicant or his representative must pay visa support, which is 324 UAH with VAT. Payment for visa support can be made at any bank department. To obtain an entry visa for studying in Ukraine, the applicant should apply to Embassy of Ukraine in the country of obtaining the visa with an offer of a place from CHSTU and other necessary documents according to the requirements of the embassy. Registration of an entry visa takes about one month, so to receive an offer of a place, you need to submit the above documents to the commission for the selection of foreign citizens for study at CHSTU no later than two months before the start of classes. After getting a visa "D" for studying, the representative of the applicant who will meet him/her must inform the Educational and Research Centre for work with foreign students of CHSTU of the date of arrival of the applicant in Ukraine, the flight number and photo of the corresponding offer and passport.
