How to apply to get an invitation to study at Kharkiv State Academy of Culture To obtain an invitation to study at Kharkiv State Academy of Culture the following documents must be submitted to the Center for International Education and Cooperation of Kharkiv State Academy of Culture (moedcenter@ukr.net). 1. Completed application form. 2. Scanned copy of valid passport (the page with the photo); 3. Scanned copy of documents of previous education with the list of disciplines and grades; 4. Signed consent to personal data collection and processing (download). All above-named documents must be translated into Ukrainian.
