The invitation to study is an official document prepared by the Ukrainian State Center for International Education. It has all legal grounds and confirms the student's right to enter the country to receive appropriate educational services. Preparation of an invitation to study takes about 3 days. This document is valid for 180 days from the date of issue. It is during the validity period of the invitation to study that you need to submit an application to the Embassy of Ukraine with a request for a visa. Foreign applicants should find out in their own country all the details related to obtaining a visa at the Embassy of Ukraine. To receive an invitation to study, a future foreign entrant entering the Bachelor's, Master's, or language training shall send the following documents in electronic form to the Admissions Committee of the Educational and Research Center for International Education: 1. Passport document of a foreigner; 2. A document on the level of education obtained with grades (points) or an academic certificate obtained from academic disciplines; 3. Notarized translations into Ukrainian of the passport document and the document on the acquired level of education; 4. Written consent to the processing of personal data.
