For admission to the university, foreign citizens submit the following documents: ο    Copy of a translation into Ukrainian language and notarized (for full-time - two copies); ο    Copies of documents on education (with the list of courses and assessments) with translation into Ukrainian certified by notary; ο    Medical health certificate, certified by the health authority of the country from which the foreigner and issued no later than 2 months. before entering Ukraine (for               the CIS country - form 086U); ο    12 photographs in size 3,5х4,5 mm on matte paper; ο    Insurance policy for the provision of medical care (issued before the beginning of classes); ο    The return ticket with an open date of departure, for 1 year for returning home; ο    Certificate of completion of the preparatory department (if available). Please pay attention to the following stations: ο   Educational documents issued by educational institutions of other countries undergo recognition procedure (nostrification) in Ukraine in accordance with the                       current legislation. ο   The passport must be applied personally! ο   The documents specified in clauses 1,2,3 must be translated into Ukrainian and certified by a notary public. ο  Enrollment of foreign citizens to the University at the expense of legal entities and individuals is carried out after submission of the complete set of documents,                      successful passing of entrance exams, conclusion, and payment of the contract for the study.
