To get an invitation to study at Sumy State University you need:

 
 

Inform us about your desire to study at Sumy State University.

To do this, you need to send us a letter to our e-mail address (info@study.sumdu.edu.ua)

or

fulfill the application “Apply on-line”

 
 

 

Send us the following documents which are necessary for preparing the invitation:

1) Application (Application form, pdf);

2) Consent to personal data collecting and processing (Consent, pdf);

3) Copy of documents about the previous education (appendix to educational qualifications), which provide information about the candidate's progress in academic subjects;

4) Copy of certificate about completing the course of language training (if available);

5) Copy of the first page of the passport or another document, which proves a foreign citizen's identity.
   

 

To conduct a payment for the visa support (for citizens of countries with visa-required entries to Ukraine).

You will receive the bank requisites and payment details by e-mail.

 

 

To get the original of the invitation for study, which is required for:

1) opening a long-stay visa (for citizens of countries with visa-required entry to Ukraine);

2) presenting it when passing through passport control.
