To be admitted to the University, a foreigner has to personally submit a paper application form to the appropriate structural unit / Admissions Committee. Togrther with the application he should also submit: 1) a document (original and its copy)  previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is to be performed; 2)  Suppliment (original and a copy) to the document that confirms previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is to be done (if any); 3) an academic transcript issued by a foreign / Ukrainian educational institution (in case of transfer or restoration of the studies, starting with second year a transcript is to be issued) 4) the original and a copy of the document, which contains information about the curriculum for the degree (level) of the previously obtained higher education, credits received, duration of study and academic performance (in the absence of this information in the Suppliment), in cases when the applicant applies to be admited to obtain master's degree or postgraduate education, absence of this information makes the recognition of qualifications stated in the document impossible; 5) a copy of the foreigner's passport or stateless identity document; 6) medical insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine; 7) 4  photos (30 x 40 mm); 8) a copy of the certificate of a foreign Ukrainian  (if any); 9) The following are also to be submitted upon admission to graduate school: a research proposal for the chosen scientific specialty or a list of published scientific works and inventions in Ukrainian or English, certified in accordance with the established procedure at the candidate's place of work / study, To be admitted to doctoral studies the following are also to be submitted additionally in Ukrainian or English: a thematic plan of dissertation work to obtain the scientific degree of Doctor of Science; a copy of the diploma of the corresponding academic degree;

10) Foreigners who apply for academic mobility programs have to submit documents approved by the rules for admission to KhNMU and / or provided for by the requirements of international programs and / or agreements, within the framework of which academic mobility is implemented.

The documents specified in subparagraphs 1 - 5 of this paragraph must be translated into Ukrainian with notarization of the translation.

The documents specified in subparagraphs 1 - 4 of this paragraph must be certified in the country of their issue in the manner that is officially used in this country for such certification, and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine.
