To receive an invitation to study, you need to contact the department for the recruitment of foreign citizens and passport and visa centre of KhNMU. The venue: 4, Nauky Ave., Kharkov. You have to take into consideration that the KhNMU Admission board makes recommendations as to the invitation of a foreigner to study on the basis of the copies of the following documents that have to be submitted to the educational institution in paper or soft version: 1) international passport; 2) a document that confirms the level of previous education, grades (points) for disciplines or an academic transcript; 3) written consent to allow the personal data be processed. The educational institution sends the original invitation, which is registered in the electronic journal to a foreigner or a person authorized by him to register this foreigner's entry to Ukraine with the purpose to study. The invitation is printedby the educational institution in Ukrainian and English. The invitation is valid for no more than six months since the date of its issue.
