1. The original passport.
  2. The original document on complete secondary education - 10-12 grades with the indication of subjects and received grades. The document on education must be certified in accordance with the legislation of the country of its issuance and legalized in the relevant ministry and the Embassy of Ukraine (https://naric.in.ua/perelik-krajin.html).
  3. Medical certificate of health, certified by the official health authority of the country from which the foreigner came, and issued no later than 2 months before entering Ukraine for study. The certificate must contain the final conclusion of the medical commission on the absence of contraindications to study at the medical university, as well as the results of general analysis of blood, urine, feces, malaria, chest X-ray, PCR test or vaccination certificate.
  4. Health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine.
  5. Original birth certificate.
  6. 12 photos of 3 * 4 cm.
Note! To be met at the airport and to be reserved a place in the dormitory, please send a scanned copy of the ticket and visa to the official e-mail of the university (foredean@vnmu.edu.ua) no later than 7 days before arrival in Ukraine. Important! You must arrive at the university at least 30 days before the expiry of the visa.
