The invitation is issued by the Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education personally to a foreigner or through a legal entity with which the academy has concluded a relevant agreement for the training of foreign citizens. To receive the invitation, you must submit to the International Relations Department of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (in paper or electronic form) a copy of the passport with photo, personal data and passport validity and a copy of the diploma of higher education (translated into Ukrainian), fill in the application form with consent to the processing of personal data and pay the cost of the Invitation Form and visa support. The invitation is issued to individuals on the basis of a personal application, and to legal entities on the basis of the agreement with the academy. The invitation is issued by the academy after signing in the register of issued invitations. Validity of the Invitation is 6 months from the date of its issuance. Foreigners enter (leave) Ukraine through checkpoints at the state border with a passport and, if necessary, with visa, unless another procedure for entry is established by the legislation or international agreements of Ukraine.
