VISA AND ARRIVAL TO THE UKRAINE The admission procedure starts with the invitation for studies issuance. When you get your invitation on hands, you must contact the Embassy of Ukraine in your (or neighboring) country (it is specified at the country of visa application in your invitation for studies), collect all the necessary documents and apply for visa. For visa requirements and other details contact the nearest Embassy of Ukraine or address to the authorized agents of the University. International students from visa countries must arrive to the territory of Ukraine not later than in 15 days before the expiry of visa and at least 1 week before the admission deadline. International students from non-visa countries must also get the invitation for studies (it is compulsory requirement for local registration) and arrive at least one week before the deadline for arrival. ARRIVAL OF STUDENT Student must arrive to the territory of Ukraine at least 1 month before the visa expiry. This is due to a reason, that student has limited period to get registered at local department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine. Student must be met by a University representative, when student will be crossing the state border of Ukraine at the Airport. It means that the University must know about student’s arrival in advance, as well as inform the border control about the student’s arrival far in advance (with a special letter). To prepare this letter student should submit the following documents:
  1. Copy of invitation for study
  2. Copy of student’s visa
  3. Copy of ticket
Also you must inform us in advance about accommodation of student. Students reside at hostels, situated on the territory of the campus. There are triple and quadruple rooms, having access to Internet and e-library of the University, furniture. Entrance requirements, admission rules, visa information and other important details International students applying for Bachelor’s Degree Program or Foundation Course must have full Secondary School education. International students applying for Master’s Degree Program must have Bachelor’s Degree Diploma or Master’s Degree Diploma.
