DELIVERY INVITATION As a rule, invitation letters are sent by the express delivery service at the expense of the applicant. To do this, you must specify the exact postal address, telephone / fax number of the applicant. After receiving an invitation to study, foreign applicants must apply to the nearest embassy of Ukraine and obtain a long-term visa type D "Student Visa". To apply for a Student Visa, a foreign entrant must have an original invitation letter and original legalized educational documents issued by educational institutions in other countries required for admission.
ARRIVAL IN UKRAINE Before traveling to Ukraine, the applicant must inform the department for work with foreign students about the exact date, time and method of transfer (plane, train, etc.). The meeting procedure requires a special "Letter of Meeting", which is sent to the Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the UDCMO. Upon arrival in Ukraine, the applicant submits all the necessary documents for admission to the university to the admissions committee, prepares and passes the entrance exams, signs a contract for training and pays for tuition and accommodation in the dormitory. The University ensures timely submission of documents to the territorial bodies of the State Migration Service of Ukraine for registration of foreigners enrolled in the study in the manner prescribed by law for temporary residence for the period of study.
