The educational institution sends the original of the invitation for studies, registered in the electronic journal, to the foreigner or his authorized person for registration of the foreigner's entry to Ukraine for the purpose of studying.
To allow a student to cross the border of Ukraine:
- availability of a full set of legalized documents and the validity of a student's visa (minimum 30 days after arrival in Ukraine);
- information about the student's arrival (a copy of the ticket, photo of the passport of a person who meets and phone number) at least 2 working days before the date of aarival;
- the original invitation, documents to be enrolled and a minimum of $ 2000 to pay for your tuition fee and cash or a fresh bank card statement with you;
- interview with the Border Guard Service (Which university do you go? What educational program? Where will you live (hostel / apartment)?
Upon arrival in Ukraine within 3 working days the student is obliged to submit personally:
- application;
- 2 copies of the notarized translation of the passport into Ukrainian;
- original high school certificate (with grades) OR Diploma of higher education + its notarized translation into Ukrainian (foreign applicants must legalize their educational documents at the Embassy of Ukraine in their country);
- 10 photos 3 x 4 cm;
- payment of tuition fee for semester.
