LIST OF DOCUMENTS, REQUESTED FOR THE INVITATION LETTER
  1. Consent to personal data collection and processing (can get by e-mail when applying);
  2. Application form for receiving an invitation (can get by e-mail when applying);
  3. A copy of the passport (the first page);
  4. A copy of the document on the previous education (Full Secondary School Diploma or Bachelor/Master Degree Diploma;
  5. A copy of the appendix to the educational document, which contains information on academic achievements with marks (points/grades);
The documents referred to in paragraphs 3 - 5 must be translated into Ukrainian and certified by the Notary. Scanned copies of documents should be submitted to the International student’s office or sent to the e-mail address:  foreignstudentsdep@udu.edu.ua  or inostud@udu.edu.ua in jpeg format (photo). The admissions committee of the university considers the submitted documents and decides on the issuance of an invitation letter to study. The invitation letter can be received: a) in person; b) by a trusted person, who has a notarized power of attorney with a translation into Ukrainian; c) by mail.
