The issuance of invitation letters for study and the admission process are carried out exclusively through the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons who wish to study at institutions of professional (vocational), pre-higher, or higher education in Ukraine:

However, before starting the procedure, each applicant must first contact the Department for Work with Foreign Students at one of the following emails:

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE AN INVITATION LETTER:

  1. A personal photo (minimum resolution 600×800 px, file size up to 1 MB);

  2. A scanned copy of the international passport (main page) with a translation into Ukrainian;

  3. A copy of the document confirming previous education (e.g., high school certificate or bachelor’s/master’s diploma) with apostille or legalization and a translation into Ukrainian;

  4. A copy of the academic transcript (grades/marks) with apostille or legalization and a translation into Ukrainian.
